	Noble International, Ltd (NASDAQ:NOBL) is a high-technology automotive supplier that provides laser-welded flat banks and tubular products to the automotive industry. Mr. Skandalaris founded the company in 1994, and guided the company during its formative years as Chairman and CEO. By 1997, Noble successfully completed an initial public offering of its stock, and became the largest global supplier of laser-welded blanks to the automotive industry with revenues approaching $1.5 billion. Quantum negotiated its exit from Noble in late 2007.
	Manitex, Inc. (NASDAQ:MNTX) is a supplier of high-technology manufacturing and engineering services. Founded in 1993, it designs, develops and builds specialty equipment for the heavy equipment and living industries. Veri-Tek, which owns and operates Manitex and Liftking, was one of Quantum's original investments and was successfully taken public in 2005.
